Hi there, it’s been a long time since my last post, but I’m so busy at the moment…..V_v….
but I have found a few minutes to try a new recipe for cookies and this one I’m going to share with you out there…
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white flour
1 tsp rosemary very fine chopped!
Cream sugar and butter until creamy, add flour, knead with your hands.
Add rosemary. Divide the dough into 25 pieces, shape little balls, put them onto a baking sheet.
Press the bottom of a glass into sugar and flatten the cookies with the glass.
Bake at 375°F for 12-15 Min.
These cookies are very crispy and buttery and the rosemary gives it an extraordinary flavor, great!
I’m sorry but these cookies disappeared so quickly, I had no chance to take a picture of them!!
